Abstract

Before proceeding into the second half of this seminar, I would like to expand the example I used for the introduction in the context of the discussions that were generated by yesterday's papers. I do not intend that these remarks be considered derogatory to our previous speakers, but are used in an attempt at a startling example to describe the magnitude of the problem that faces us.
