Abstract
This paper discuss the problems of the detection of interferometric signals obtained by a vibrating and rotating rough target. The loss of coherence due to the dynamical speckle pattern produces a spectral broadening of the interferometric signal. The correlation between the statistical properties of the dynamic speckle field generated by the target and the interferometric signal degradation has been analyzed and experimentally proved.
