Abstract
In order to effectively ensure the reasonable control of construction costs in expressway construction enterprises and improve the economic benefits of enterprises, it is necessary to pay attention to the entire process of expressway construction cost control. In recent years, with the improvement of the quality of people’s infrastructure construction, higher requirements have been placed on the quality of highway construction. Under this background, construction companies have to pay attention to the application of the entire process cost control management concept to protect their own interests. Through an overview of the management concept of the whole-process engineering cost control of expressway projects and the necessity of implementing the whole-process cost control management of expressways, this article focuses on the analysis of the problems and solutions in the whole-process cost control of expressways, hoping to improve the project. The overall quality, guarantee the benefit of the company and provide assistance.
