Abstract
The green ecological evaluation of municipal roads has the characteristics of multi-attribute, multi-level, and difficult to quantify. Traditional evaluation methods often ignore ambiguity and randomness, and the evaluation results are subjective and one-sided. A new method is needed to break through the limitations of traditional evaluation methods. This paper constructs an index system from five aspects: ecological environment protection, quality improvement, safety and efficiency, green and low-carbon, and information intelligence, and comprehensively uses AHP-entropy weight combination method, matter element analysis theory and cloud model to establish an extensible cloud model. The model can analyze and evaluate green and ecological roads and realize visual cloud image analysis. Finally, Guangyang Avenue in Chongqing is taken as an example, the results verify the scientificity of the extension cloud model, which can provide a certain scientific reference for the evaluation of green and ecological municipal road projects.
