Abstract

At present, the process of urbanization in our country is accelerating, and urban problems have become increasingly prominent with the acceleration of urbanization. Urban traffic problems are a manifestation of the contradiction between people and cities. This article aims to alleviate traffic congestion in Shenyang by opening gated communities, provide a way to explore the problems faced by gated communities in Shenyang, and provide a reference for the opening and transformation of gated communities in Shenyang. Through a sample survey of urban residents, this article has learned that residents have concerns about opening closed communities. From the perspective of public governance, it is believed that proper opening of closed communities can well alleviate traffic congestion on Shenyang during peak traffic hours. The article believes that the government should cooperate with real estate to solve the problem of low willingness to participate in open communities due to public property rights and residents’ concerns, to alleviate traffic congestion.
