Abstract
: Based on the theoretical model of photonic array imaging, the main parameters of photonic array imaging experiment are analyzed and calculated. Then a test device with 64 × 64 and 64 × 256 pixels is developed. The imaging experiments are carried out for static targets with different distances of 200m, 500m and 2000m, in concert with the laser repetition frequency is 20Hz,20kHz and 10kHz respectively, and the single pulse energy is 28mJ,4.75μJ,190μJ respectively. The experiment results show that the target can be clean imaged in three dimensions when 1.4 signal photons and 7 ~ 13 signal photons are generated in each pixel, and the target can be imaged in three dimensions when 0.22 signal photons is generated in each pixel.
