Abstract
With the rapid development of modern inspection technology, manual rice quality inspection technology has fallen behind, and rice quality inspection technology based on machine vision has become inevitable. However, the current research results and testing technology cannot fully meet the testing standards of the national rice industry, and a more rapid and accurate quality testing system is needed. This paper uses machine vision technology to carry out related research on the application basis of rice quality inspection, and gradually studies the problems of chalkiness detection and gel consistency detection encountered in the process of rice quality inspection, and lays the foundation for accelerating the construction of a rice quality inspection system based on machine vision.
