Abstract
Component classification is the basis and origin of equipment reliability management process. For production management, reasonable allocation and optimized utilization of maintenance resources at nuclear power plants, classification management should be implemented on components to ensure safe, stable and economical operation of units at nuclear power plants. Based on equipment reliability management (AP-913) system, this paper provides classification identification rule and identification method process of Chinese improved pressurized water reactor (CPR1000) units and verifies it by combining with application cases and finally provides application direction of classification results, which provides important references for component classification management of nuclear power plants at home and abroad.
