Abstract
The main research work of this paper is: based on a 6-DOF industrial robot model, the finite element software ABAQUS is used to analyze the modal characteristics of the model. Modal analysis gives the multi-order natural frequency and the corresponding vibration diagram. Based on the simulation results, the key natural frequency are found, which provide an effective reference for the design and optimization of industrial robot.
