Abstract
Effective quantitative evaluation of the regional safety of gas users can effectively reduce potential safety hazards and further ensure the normal operation of the gas pipeline network. Based on inspection and maintenance data and accident statistics, this paper conducts a detailed study of indicators from four aspects: human factors, equipment factors, environmental factors, and management factors, and builds a reasonable regional safety indicator system for gas users. By combining variable importance analysis with AHP, a data-led weight calculation method is formed. Finally, the targeted guidance is put forward according to the quantitative evaluation results, which is in line with the regional safety management requirements of gas users.
