Abstract
In order to study the influence of wheel tread wear on bogie vibration transmission of high-speed EMUs. Master the law of a certain type of EMU changes with the operating environment and service status. In order to further expand the operation range of 350 km/h of a certain type of EMU, the a certain type of EMU performance optimization and operation quality improvement provide support. It provides the basis for the optimization of maintenance and repair program. Based on the long-term dynamic service tracking test of the type A and type B EMUs of station A, the wheel wear and vibration transmission of key components of bogie are analyzed in this paper. The running performance of the EMU and the vibration evolution law of the key components of the bogie under the condition of wheel wear are obtained, which provides a basis for deepening the basic theory of high-speed rail and the research on 400 km/h high-speed rail technology.
