Abstract
Transient power angle stability and transient voltage stability are always the key problems in power system. In the exploration of power system stability, it is difficult to separate the correlation between voltage stability and power angle stability, because they are often coupled with each other. In order to identify the dominant instability mode and effectively optimize it, the coupling mechanism is analyzed according to the models of two stable forms, and the evaluation index of coupling strength is obtained quantitatively.
