Abstract
With the widespread popularization and rapid development of the Internet, the Internet of Things and intelligent equipment in modern construction site production, there are a large number of production equipment in actual production. Once the equipment fails, the equipment is shut down, and the fault is pending repair. It will cause inestimable economic losses, even threaten the lives of employees in severe cases, and bring serious negative impacts to the society. Preliminary prediction of equipment failures and predictive maintenance of failures are of great significance in production and maintenance. Aiming at the problems of preventive maintenance without specific algorithm support, difficult calculation and high cost in the equipment management of the research object, this paper combines equipment life and equipment maintenance and establishes the corresponding equipment life estimate after optimization through an improved genetic algorithm. The model proposes a low-cost and easy-to-obtain method for data analysis samples, which provides powerful algorithm support for preventive maintenance of equipment.
