Abstract
The study's main goal was to examine the NACA0012 wind turbine airfoil at various angles of attack and velocities while maintaining a constant Reynolds number. The aerodynamic efficiency of an airfoil has a significant impact on the aerodynamic efficiency of a pneumatic wind turbine. The NACA0012 airfoil is thought to be a good wind turbine blade. Calculations about various angles of attack(-10° to 10°)and different velocities from 0.25 to 1.5 meters per second have been carried out to analyze the performance of the NACA0012 airfoil. The results of the CFD simulation are quite similar to the results of wind tunnel testing trials, indicating that CFD analysis is a viable alternative to experimental approaches.
