Abstract
Although lots of studies take analysis on sports performance between running surfaces, the mechanism of underlying this performance on human body is still unclear. The purpose of this study was to explore a whether there was consistent sport loading at 75% VO2max sports intensity and sports time. Methods: 10 health male runners participated in this study. The running speed (RS), the running distance (RD), the body composition and muscle conditioning data in knee and ankle joints were capture while subjects run at given sports intensity and sports time on treadmill and over-ground surfaces. A paired T-test was applicated to analyse the difference between parameters. Results: (1) RS and RD on RO (RD, 6.85±1.41km; RS, 13.69±0.28km/h; P=0.732) were relatively higher than RT (RD, 7.4±1.41km; RS, 14.80±2.83km/h; P=0.732), but no significant differences were found; (2) the variations of protein and fat volume on RT were significantly lower than RO and the variations of the fat-free weight, body moisture, intracellular fluid and extracellular fluid were significantly higher than RO;(3) Total watt of muscle extensor in knee joint at 120o/s (Pre,1138.7±274.11; Post, 827.4±207.41; P=0.02) after RT was significantly lower related to TO (Pre, 738.1±82.54; Post, 782.67±107.70; P=0.02). Conclusions: under given sports intensity and sports time, RT could bring the relatively higher sports loading on subject`s body than RO; this difference in sports loading may take the potential risk injury, and the relative practitioner should also pay attention to this negative influence to avoid the unnecessary risk.
