Abstract
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation on cognitive dysfunction after stroke. Methods: 80 stroke patients were selected and divided into two groups. The control group was treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation, and the observation group was combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction to evaluate the effects of different treatment methods. Results: After treatment, compared with the control group, the NIHSS scores of the observation group were lower, the MMSE and ADL scores were significantly higher, the TCM symptom scores were lower than those of the control group, the MoCA scores of all dimensions were lower than those of the control group, and the total effective rate was higher than the control group. group (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the clinical treatment of patients with cognitive impairment after stroke, dietary nursing intervention can improve the patients' swallowing disorders, reduce the incidence of complications, and the patients will also give high recognition to the dietary nursing work.
