Abstract
Optical lenses, high precision, easy to wear, difficult to process, has always been a difficult point in high-precision detection. In order to meet the needs of the surface shape detection of optical mirrors of different surfaces in the milling, grinding or initial throwing stage, this paper elaborates how to complete the detection of multiple samples of optical mirrors based on CAD models in three coordinate detection to improve efficiency and improve the quality of surface inspection. At the same time, the application scheme of white light confocal technology of Hexagon's LR probe is studied, how to further improve the product detection efficiency and the advantages of ensuring the quality of non-contact measurement, and the dual application can professionally and intuitively guide the design, process and processing of technical improvements, and can also solve the problem of optical lens inspection.
