Abstract
To improve the reliability of the traction drive system of the CR200J EMU, its structural characteristics and logical relationship were analyzed, and a reliability model of the traction drive system was established. The degree of reliability is used as the evaluation index, and the reliability of each subsystem of the traction drive system is allocated. The allocation process is described in detail. The results show that in the early stage of EMU operation, it is of great significance to calculate the reliability of EMUs through the correct reliability model and reasonable reliability distribution method, which is of great importance for the use of EMUs and the formulation of maintenance plans.
