Abstract
Influenced by various factors, the precast pipe-jacking is prone to roll over during hoisting. Taking Yuanhetang pipe-jacking project as the engineering background, this paper introduces an anti-rollover hoisting tool suitable for hoisting large-section rectangular pipe-jacking, discusses the horizontal and vertical hoisting and the turning of the pipe-jacking in the hoisting process, and analyzes the rationality of the force on the pipe-jacking in the turning process by numerical simulation software. The hoisting device improves the stability and the safety of large-section rectangular pipe-jacking during hoisting and plays a positive role in safe construction.
