Abstract
Aiming at the problems existing in the actual use of the belt conveyor deviation detection and correction equipment, an automatic deviation correction system is designed which integrates the deviation detection, correction and protection functions without manual intervention. This system mainly uses PLC as the main controller, MCGS touch screen as the visual monitoring interface, and realizes the communication between the main controller and the data acquisition and execution control module through CAN bus. Through test verification, this automatic deviation correction device has obvious correction effect, which can meet the actual use requirements, and has good practical significance and reference value for reducing the occurrence probability of belt conveyor deviation and improving the correction effect.
