Abstract
The mechanical properties of the whole machine tool directly affect the machining quality of the machine tool. Firstly, the stiffness matrix of gantry machine tool foundation system is assembled by using beam element. Secondly, the mechanical analysis of system model under arbitrary load is realized by using EXCEL. Once more, it is proved that the theoretical model has high accuracy through the application of ANSYS software simulation. Finally, based on the theoretical model, the influence of the foundation on the machining accuracy of the machine tool is analyzed. This method can simply and quickly realize the mechanical analysis of complex systems, and has high application value and popularization.
