Abstract
If the drill bit breaks in the process of machining the spinneret with large length diameter and small pilot hole, there will be the problem that the original plate is discarded, the new plate is replaced,The problem of wasting resources. According to the signals of the axial force and torque generated by the drill bit, a monitoring system for the drilling tool of the spinneret micro-guide hole was developed on the Lab VIEW platform for the first time, which can realize real-time monitoring of the drilling process. The micro-hole drilling experiment proves that the break of the drill bit is more obviously affected by the torque increase.value *10 to monitoring domain is determined by the reliability function of the tool axial force and torque value of 5 reliability R value near 0.5, the bit number is less than the critical value of failure theory, system prediction tool withdrawal, pilot hole drilling process can avoid drill fracture,The number of drill holes of the spinneret guide holes is increased, thereby reducing the processing cost and effectively improving the productivity.
