Abstract
The current power grid investment focus from the main network to distribution network, distribution network project investment scale overall rising trend, but the distribution network investment still exists insufficient accuracy, extensive management, the rapid growth of investment scale, the power grid construction lean investment put forward higher requirements, objectively requires power grid construction project cost control more accurate, reasonable and compliance. Feasibility stage is the key stage of engineering investment control, but the power grid company of power transmission and transformation project investment control lack of targeted research, engineering actual investment estimated balance rate is generally higher, combined with the current control status, dig feasibility control, system evaluation index system, scientific and reasonable evaluation, provide reference for distribution network cost accurate control and reference.
