Abstract
From the vehicle guarantee big data platform, the vehicle listed data, maintenance data and use data are extracted, through data cleaning, data statute and data transformation, build the indicator system, using the improved K-prototype clustering algorithm, the vehicle use unit is divided into key control unit, key tracking unit, key concern unit, general tracking unit and general concern unit, and by analyzing the different characteristics of each group and its distribution area, it provides a theoretical basis for taking targeted management measures and reducing the proportion of faults, and provides auxiliary decision-making support for vehicle security.
