Abstract
In this paper, high-quality InP nanowires were grown by Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and then characterized and analyzed. Aiming at the electrode contact problem of near-infrared III-V nanowire optoelectronic devices, Ti/Au and Cr/Au were used as the electrodes of InP nanowire optoelectronic devices for comparative experiments respectively. The results show that when using Ti/Au as the electrode, the InP nanowire optoelectronic device not only shows good contact characteristics - ohmic contact, but also has excellent photoelectric performance.
