Abstract
The calibration of electric wire spark tester artificial arcing system is not yet a unified national metrology calibration specification, in order to solve the problem of spark tester calibration and traceability, this paper proposes a calibration method for electric wire spark tester artificial arcing system and analyzes the uncertainty of measurement in detail. Main calibration parameters are ammeter, current limiting resistance value, capacitor capacitance value, fixed needle electrode time interval for each sweep of flat electrode, fixed needle electrode time per sweep of flat electrode and counter. The results show that this method has the traceability and reliability.
