Abstract
Laser vibrometer is a non-contact vibration measuring equipment using laser Doppler effect principle. In the calibration work of laser vibrometer in China, the signal acquisition and processing circuit calibration method of heterodyne laser vibrometer is proposed in the national calibration Specification JJF1219-2009. The frequency modulation voltage waveform generated by the frequency modulation signal generator is used as the excitation source of calibration. Compared with the traditional pure analog hardware method of generating FM signals, this paper designs a waveform generator of Doppler FM signals based on PC, FPGA and high-speed DAC hardware systems by studying the digital signal synthesis technology. By setting parameters on the upper computer, Doppler FM analog signals containing vibration parameter modulation information are output. Through testing, the signal reaches the signal bandwidth and frequency accuracy required for calibration, which can be used to evaluate the measurement characteristics of signal acquisition and signal processing circuit of laser Doppler vibrometer.
