Abstract
Considering the mobility of the population during epidemic transmission and the fact that some epidemics are lethal and recovered individuals do not have lifelong immunity, this paper established a susceptible-infected-quarantined-recoveredsusceptible (SIQRS) model and derives the basic regeneration number R0 of the deterministic SIQRS model. Next, the effect of stochastic factors is considered, the transmission rate β1 is changed to β1 + σB(t), the model is extended to a stochastic SIQRS model, and conditions for disease extinction and persistence are given. Finally, numerical simulations are performed to verify the theorems of the deterministic and stochastic models.
