Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of intelligent technology, the slag transfer system of power plant is in urgent need of intelligent upgrading. In this paper, in view of the hidden safety problems of the slag transport system, through the intelligent upgrade of the slag transport system, the slag intelligent monitoring and fault warning control system is built. The results show that the system can automatically calibrate the fault point of the equipment, make early warning and identification of the fault, and improve the response speed and efficiency of the power generation enterprise. The system can not only reduce the working intensity of operators, but also ensure the safety and stability of equipment operation to the greatest extent. The system realizes the on-line evaluation and prediction of slag system equipment status, and guarantees the safe and stable operation of the unit, which has important significance for ensuring the safe and stable operation of the boiler.
