Abstract
With the rapid development of IoT, more and more sensors are deployed in areas that lack infrastructure such as marine areas. We propose a new ISE-IoT scenario by combining the transmission of IoT data from the ocean via vessels, aircraft or LEO satellites, and use LEO satellite networks to fuse with DTN to fully exploit the advantages of both, and design a new high-performance routing protocol with low latency, low packet loss, and low overhead called DHOR. DHOR is able to carry data through the mobile characteristics of vessels and aircraft carry data and set the transmission threshold according to the remaining data survival time, and when the threshold is reached, the data is efficiently transmitted to the destination through LEO satellite intervention. The simulation experimental results are consistent with the ideal results and reflect the effectiveness of the routing algorithm.
