Abstract
The electrical failure of intelligent detection equipment seriously affects the normal operation of the equipment and the detection progress. The electrical protection device in the equipment plays a very important role in the safe operation of the equipment. The electrical loss or failure will occur when the equipment runs for a long time. If not solved in time, irreversible loss may occur. Daily maintenance of equipment can avoid problems caused by improper operation or aging of equipment components, and greatly reduce the use of equipment failures. Therefore, the electrical fault diagnosis of equipment and equipment maintenance has become a very important part of intelligent detection equipment. Sanitary ceramic intelligent testing equipment has obvious commonness. This paper analyzes the electrical fault diagnosis and maintenance methods of sanitary ceramic intelligent testing equipment, so as to provide reference for the overhaul and maintenance of sanitary ceramic testing equipment.
