Abstract
Power grid investment effectiveness assessment is of great importance to guide power grid investment and promote the efficiency of the investment, how to select key driving indicators, and study how to improve the power grid investment utility assessment effectiveness. By combing the indicator optimization theory and choosing the improved explanation structure model, a complete set of key indicator screening process for power grid investment effectiveness is given. The results of the example show that the model constructed in the paper is feasible and the power grid investment effectiveness indicators is classified from two dimensions of driving indicators and outcome indicators, which lays the foundation for carrying out the power grid investment effectiveness assessment.
