Abstract
Through the analysis of each important index in the traditional dynamic compaction construction process, combined with the principle of digital technology, the digital dynamic compaction system was designed and developed. The system combines the actual construction process to realize the functions of design data import, ramming point guide, ramming point location acquisition, ramming times, ramming process quantity, and falling distance monitoring. Meanwhile, combined with big data analysis and wireless transmission, digital dynamic compaction system can display process data in real time, remote control, and strict control of construction quality as well as permanent storage of construction data in the whole process of dynamic compaction construction. The developed system in the study can effectively reduce personnel investment and artificial error, realize the digitization of dynamic consolidation construction process, simplify construction process, and improve construction quality while reducing management cost and personnel cost.
