Abstract
In order to meet the intelligent and automatic requirements of spinning factories, this paper proposes a design scheme of online package identification system based on machine vision in No.1 middle school, and systematically expounds the overall design principle. Based on the completion of hardware selection and construction, the VisionMaster algorithm platform is used to realize the functions of image acquisition, recognition, classification, statistics and information feedback under machine vision, and complete the automatic identification of cheese varieties. At the same time, the user interface is designed to make the whole system meet the industrial requirements of simple operation, real-time feedback and accurate identification.
