Abstract
To address the pain points in the digital transformation of the home appliance industry, Haier Group has established an industrial Internet platform for the home appliance industry based on cloud-edge collaboration. Through built-in modules on the platform, intelligent allocation of cloud-edge resources and task optimization scheduling can be achieved. This module consists of three parts: task response reception and processing submodule, task deployment submodule, and task scheduling algorithm library submodule. It can efficiently manage cloud-edge computing resources at three levels: unified scheduling of large-scale tasks, collaborative deployment of heterogeneous computing, and real-time reconstruction of edge tasks, meeting the real-time demands of heterogeneous computing, task deployment, and collaborative optimization. Currently, this platform has been implemented in Haier's home appliance factories, providing valuable insights and references for the digitalization and intelligent transformation of home appliance enterprises.
