Abstract

An angle speckle correlation was proposed for a measuring of surface roughness parameters first in [1) . In this paper we present some new results of the method which we reached for a case of randomly rough surfaces in 2D Fresnel approximation. W made a comparison with 2D Fraunhofer approximation results.
