Abstract
Automatic colony counter is an important equipment used in the field of microbiology, and its mechanical structure design directly affects its performance and reliability. In order to improve the accuracy, stability and efficiency of the automatic colony counter, the key elements and principles of its mechanical structure design are discussed. Firstly, the working principle, design tasks and objectives of the automatic colony counter are analyzed, and then the key components of the mechanical structure design, such as sample tray, optical system and moving parts, are discussed in detail. Finally, through simulation analysis and experimental verification, the feasibility and superiority of the design scheme are verified, which provides a reliable theoretical basis and practical guidance for the mechanical structure design of the automatic colony counter.
