Abstract
This article conducts parameter matching and simulation analysis on a DCT pure electric car based on Cruise software. First, the car parameters and design requirements of the studied vehicle model are introduced. Then, the power system parameter matching and vehicle parameter matching process of pure electric vehicles are explained in detail, including the matching of motors, batteries, and DCT transmissions. Then, the application and advantages of Cruise software in parameter matching and simulation analysis of pure electric vehicles were introduced, and a simulation model of pure electric vehicles was established using Cruise software. Through simulation analysis, data on the vehicle's power and economy were obtained and compared with the design requirements. Finally, the parameter matching scheme was determined, which provided strong support for the design and optimization of DCT pure electric vehicles. This research not only helps to improve the performance and competitiveness of pure electric vehicles, but also provides useful reference and reference for subsequent research.
