Abstract
A study was conducted on the main four double-sided mirrors in a coaxial total reflective lens for a certain long wave infrared imaging. Two schemes of double-sided mirrors were designed to meet the weight reduction requirements, and a lightweight design was carried out for the double-sided mirrors; Modal analysis was conducted on two types of double-sided mirrors, indicating sufficient stiffness and good resistance to gravity deformation; Analyzed the mirror surface shape under pre tightening force of screws, indicating that double-sided mirrors have good deformation resistance; Option one was selected for the processing and testing of the reflector, and the surface RMS and PV met the design requirements; Finally, a random vibration test was conducted on the imaging system containing a double-sided mirror, and the visual axis jitter was within the specified range, indicating that the designed lightweight double-sided mirror meets the requirements for use.
