This paper aims to develop a hardware system for the precise measurement of the transmittance of optical films. The system mainly consists of a laser light source and a detector, a spectrometer, multi-stage amplification circuits, analog-to-digital conversion circuits, and a power module. Through the optimization of optical path and circuit design, the measurement accuracy and repeatability are ensured. This system is applicable to the performance evaluation of the transmittance of various optical thin film materials and has extensive application prospects.
