Abstract
The dispersion characteristics of different single and asymmetrical double groove guide witharbitrary groove shapes are analyzed by a method which combines staircase approximation withmicrowave network method. Comparing with other method , the present method is not onlyaccurate but also very simple. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for the CAD of the grooveguide circuits. The accuracy and effectiveness of the method are verified by the experimental dataand the results obtained by other methods.
