Abstract
The following information is designed to provide a brief description of the Battlefield Awareness and Data Dissemination (BADD) Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration (ACTD.) The BADD ACTD is a three phase program. Phase 1 began on 1 Oct 95 and will end on 30 Sep 97. Phase 2 will begin in July of 1996 and end on 30 Sep 98.
