Abstract

This paper raises a photoelectric integrated flexible synthetical measuring technology according to the inspecting requirements of a flexible manufacturing system, which is suitable for measuring the size, formal error and positional error of all kinds of worked parts such as rotating body, case body and plate with a high accuracy, high efficiency and non-contact and on-line.
