Abstract
The paper presents the results of the study on nonthermal glow from the surface of metals, which is initiated by thermal deformations resulting from laser pulse action. The glow was registered from back, relative to laser pulse action, side of the sample. Oscillations of glow intensity have been revealed which are interpreted by the certain order of dislocations rising onto the surface.
