Abstract
Dependencies of threshold voltage, VTC sharpness, switch time on cell thickness and ChLC concentration were studied for cells with 90 degrees and 270 degrees twist. A decrease of VTC sharpness was observed while ChLC concentration increasing. Significant drop of switch time and change of the electro-optic response oscillogram was detected at the border of the 0th and 1st Grandjean's zones.
