Abstract
Using the method of quantum of mechanics, the functional mechanism of treatment of ILIB is analyzed. It is believed that the C-C bond in the structure of cholesterol of the red cell will be divided, the rate of cholesterol of red cell / phosphorus fat of film will be reduced, and the fluidity and the capacity of red cell's distortion will be improved, so as to improve the micro-circulation and oxygenic supply for organization. The clinic data of ILIB treatment for 25 cases of brain block support the above opinion.
