Abstract
The microscopic mechanism of the electricity and thermology effects of interaction of laser with plasmalemma are researched by electromagnetics, quantum mechanics and quantum statistics. We derived the formulas on the polarigalion effects and "temperatue-rising effect" of laser-plasmalemma interaction. The results of our theory recherch can explain some experiments.
