Abstract

This paper analysis some main factors about the construction and the usage in satellite communication systems. Combining the use of satellite communications resources, a valuation method which helps to improving the utilization efficiency of satellite communications system is proposed based on the Genetic Algorithm. And the design of evaluation algorithm and the implement of the system are also given.
