Abstract
Metamaterial assisted illumination nanoscopy (MAIN) has recently been proven to be a promising approach for linear super-resolution microscopy with exceptionally large improvement factors in imaging resolution. In this talk, I will present our most recently results of MAIN using the start-of-the-art hyperbolic material, and achieving 14-fold imaging resolution improvement. The MAIN technology represents a unique solution for both fluoresce and label-free super-resolution imaging with low phototoxicity and potentially high-speed.
