Low-level laser effects on blood and hematopoietic system were investigated in 69 patients. We have not marked any authentic modification in fibrinogen, prothrombin index, amount of thrombocytes and time of blood clotting. The transcutaneous effect on kidneys by a continuous infrared laser radiation in therapeutic doses does not render any direct influence on blood coagulation. However laser therapy in active nephrotuberculosis has provoked erythrocyturia. By data of RIR the total improvement of kidney ftinctions was in 84,2%; in half of them an increase of blood supply was noted. The confirmation of neoangiogenesis was also obtained by pathomorphological investigation of surgical kidney specimens.
In Siberia there is a hard epidemic situation on tuberculosis. Urogenital tuberculosis (42.4%) has the first place in the incidence rate among extrapulmonary forms. Complicated and widespread lesions are prevailing. One of the main reasons that is lack of pathognomonic symptoms. So different provocation tests are used. Our investigations have proved provoking influence of a low- intensity laser radiation on a tubercular inflammation. Local transcutaneous effect by an infrared laser radiation allows to provoke an exacerbation of a latent tubercular inflammation in kidneys and to discover it by means of the urinalyses also analysis of blood. In case of an expressed initial pathology of the urinalyses previously therapy ex juvantibus carried out by assignment of brief rates of unspecific preparations, optimum among which is ofromax. This method was used for 60 patients with various urological diseases and has allowed to increase the efficiency of diagnosis on 36%.
40-60% of the men of average age suffer from the violations of sexual functions. Impotence doesn't make direct threat to life; nevertheless this disease essentially reduces quality of life, and consequently deserves the most steadfast attention. There are many methods of treatment of erectile dysfunction. However they are connected with a reception of medicines, which is expensive and has a number of contraindications, or with invasive procedures, or with surgical intervention, that also not always is desirable. We have developed the original device permitting to cause passive erection by creation of a local decompression. The second stage is the effect by an infrared laser radiation (denseness of a potency 4.2 mWt/sm2, continuous radiation with length of a wave 0.89 microns, exposition 5 minutes) on erection glans penis. We observed 24 patients with the complaints on insufficient erection (18), premature ejaculation (6); 2 patients in addition presented the complaint on small sizes of the penis. Age of the patients was 24-46 years, on the average 34.3 years. All have received treatment from 15 sessions in day.
Urological diseases are widespread among the population. Both infectious-inflammatory and oncological diseases are often diagnosed. Modern antibiotics permit to eradicate infectious agent, but efficiency of therapy is insufficient because of reduction of organ function. Thus, besides aetiotropic therapy pathogenetic effect is necessary. Low- intensity laser therapy (LT) is best pathogenetic treatment, so far as it has a few contraindications, low cost and good tolerance. Our goal was to investigate the influence of LT on different aetiology kidney lesion.
The conventional chemotherapy is not sufficient at present, and up to 84 percent of cavernous nephrotuberculosis patients have to be underdone a nephrectomy. 62 patients received only chemotherapy. Besides 88 other patients were subjected to the radiation of the low-level laser in the pathological point in different regimes. The application of the laser therapy allowed to raise the efficiency of complex treatment up 36,1 percent, resulted in quick negativation of urine in 100 percent, permitted to avoid surgical intervention for 35,2 percent.
In the West Siberia every tenth tuberculous patient has an extra pulmonary lesion. Urogenital tuberculosis cases are in the first place in occurrence among extra pulmonary forms. Complicated and widespread lesions of kidney are prevailing. The high concentration of anti-tuberculous drugs in the lesion locus is one of the most important component in the success treatment of tuberculosis, including nephrotyberculosis. We put the aim to increase the isoniazid concentration in tuberculous kidney by low-level laser therapy. It was proved that the laser therapy at the expense of improving of the blood microcirculation ensures to increase drug concentration in the lesion locus in 9 times.
The tuberculosis of an urine bladder in men develops less often, and recovery is authentic more often, than in women. In 39.1% of the female patients with nephrotuberculosis, a specific cystitis is finished in postturberculous cystalgia. One of starting mechanisms of disuria after urocystis tuberculosis in the women in menopause is hormonal insufficiency. The method of laserheatpuncturing, developed by us, for the treatment this complication is highly effective, does not require additional introduction of medicines, can be executed as in hospitals, and in out-patient.

Most of all renal diseases are accompanied by lowering of kidney functions. That makes the quality of the treatment worse. On an example 69 patients receiving Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT), the influence of the laser radiation on a contracting system of blood, on current of an active and inactive tubercular inflammation and on partial functions of kidneys were investigated. Is established, that LLLT does not render influence to a contracting system; promotes stopping of unspecific and moderate peaking of a specific inflammation of kidneys. Is proved, that after a rate of laserotherapy the improving of a blood micricirculation in kidney occurs in 57.9% of patients; a secretion - in 63.1% of the patients; a stimulation of urodynamic is fixed in 79% of cases. Magnification of diuresis, improving filtration and concentration functions of kidneys also is marked.
